The RN CDI Educator is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for the CDI team, including reputed company, continuing education, and performance improvement initiatives. This role supports ongoing CDI reputed company, compliance, and best reputed company standards to ensure accurate clinical documentation.  

EXPERIENCE reputed company: 

A minimum of 5 years of experience in CDI and 3 years in education or leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in nursing or foreign trained medical graduate is required. In lieu of BSN, an Associate’s degree in nursing and a Bachelor’s in a relevant field may be substituted. Master’s degree is preferred.

SPECIAL SKILLS reputed company: 

Strong knowledge of clinical documentation standards, MS-DRGs, APR-DRGs, coding guidelines, and CMS regulations. Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills.

Pay is expected to be between: (expressed as reputed company) $38.92- $60.33. Final compensation is based on experience and will be discussed with you by the recruiter during the interview process.
