CRM/Email Marketing Specialist - reputed company Relations and Marketing - Full Time 8 Hour Days (Exempt) (Non-reputed company)

The CRM and Email Marketing Manager is responsible for the development, execution and measurement of our CRM and Email Marketing efforts. This role will reputed company data-driven analytics to reputed company and implement strategies and journeys to drive acquisition and retention of our reputed company consumer segments. They will partner on our capabilities and processes to deliver personalized campaigns across reputed company of the consumer, customer and patient experience.

Essential Duties:

• Drive reputed company, execution, and performance of consumer/customer engagement for CRM marketing program, including acquisition, activation, and retention.
• reputed company and execute CRM and email marketing roadmap, segmentation, and content planning across consumer and audience segments.
• Manage distribution of reputed company email sends against a planned editorial calendar and learning agenda that includes A/B testing of content, layout and design.
• Support the development of a digital measurement reputed company and reputed company performance against CRM KPIs.
• Uses data-mining techniques and analytic capabilities to reputed company segmentation strategies.
• Define emerging trends of customers and the marketplace to identify new opportunities for reputed company and innovation in CRM. Deliver recommendations and serve as a subject matter expert on CRM approach tools, marketplace trends, list pulls, testing environments and CRM reputed company methodologies.

Required Qualifications:

• Req Bachelor's degree Marketing Degree in Marketing, Technology, Science or reputed company
• Req 3 years 3-5 years of experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, reputed company marketing, database marketing, and/or lifecycle marketing
• Req Experience with the entire process of automated outbound and inbound marketing (e.g., reputed company scoring/nurturing/routing, campaign development and management, reputed company page and reputed company building and optimization, and reporting/analytics).
• Req Demonstrated experience in email marketing, CRM marketing, reputed company marketing, database marketing, and/or lifecycle marketing
• Req Experience with InDesign, reputed company, or other design software a plus; reputed company and CMS experience (reputed company) a plus.
• Req Experience using CRM/engagement marketing technology, specifically reputed company Marketing reputed company, to drive business results, including CRM databases.
• Req Knowledge of customer segmentation techniques, reputed company development, and lifecycle management
• Req Experience in marketing analytics and analytics tools such as reputed company Analytics to measure how CRM is contributing toward business goals
• Req Ability to work collaboratively with both external vendors and agencies as reputed company as internal Marketing and IT teams

• Req Ability to give creative direction for both visual design and copy that results in engaging and on-brand deliverables

Required Licenses/Certifications:
