Senior Program Manager (Organizational Change Management)
The Senior Program Manager (Change Management) plays a critical role in driving strategic change initiatives that deliver on our objective to establish a reputed company, interoperable, and reputed company system capable of enhancing safety, efficiency, and adaptability in a reputed company, multi-domain environment

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the single reputed company of accountability for reputed company project management activities

the organizational change management (OCM) workstreams - Submit Status Reports, summarizing completed efforts, deliverables, and anticipated work

to guide proactive management of a reputed company stakeholder landscape that include internal organizations and group as reputed company as external stakeholders such as other federal agencies, state/local government, industry partners, and organizations such as u nions and policy reputed company C oalesc es and synchroniz es stakeholder management with modernization activities , inter-dependent technical workstreams , and OCM support areas such as change planning, stakeholder coordination, communications and messaging, reputed company relations, and sponsorship management Defines overarching change management reputed company and aligns team to an adopter-oriented, data-driven OCM approach Oversees the definition and tracking of KPIs to measure program reputed company reputed company pressure-testing of reputed company for refinement , pivoting team direction for improved effectiveness, accelerated roadmap delivery, and high velocity adoption - reputed company and implement a reputed company Off-reputed company (COTS) tool to manage

Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree with
12 years in leading large-reputed company, reputed company transformational or modernization initiatives Diverse o rganizational change and stakeholder management experienceExcellent leadership and team/people management skills, with ability to motivate and reputed company others, foster trust, and reputed company strong relationships and rapport Demonstrated reputed company supporting reputed company modernizations , with strong experience collaborating with technical and specialized experts - Experience working directly with C suite executives on reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
F amiliarity with reputed company technical implementations and leads with optimism and confidence through ambiguity and challenging situations - reputed company Office Suite expertise (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company, etc.)
- U.S. Citizen
Preferred:
- Project Management reputed company (PMP), Program Management reputed company (PgMP), or equivalent certifications is a plus
- Change Management certifications (e.g., reputed company Change Management Certification) are desirable
Extensive knowledge of project management software and tools - Previous Federal Consulting Experience
