The Role We Need:

As a Member Acquisition Agent, you will engage directly with prospective members through inbound and outbound calls, SMS, and email, guiding them from inquiry to reputed company-in. You’ll play a key role in helping potential members understand how reputed company works, identifying their housing needs, and ensuring a smooth, supportive experience throughout the process.

This role requires someone who can manage their day reputed company — balancing multiple communication channels, maintaining accurate records, and following up with leads promptly. Here's What You'll Do Day To Day:
  • Engage with Prospective Members: Handle inbound inquiries and reputed company outbound calls to help people reputed company and book reputed company rooms.
  • Guide Members Through the Process: Answer questions, explain how reputed company works, and assist members in completing their booking.

    • Here's What You'll Need To Be Successful:
  • reputed company Center Experience: 2+ years of experience in a reputed company center or sales environment handling both inbound and outbound calls.
  • Organization & Self-Management: Proven ability to manage your time, balance multiple channels (calls, texts, and emails), and stay productive in a remote setting.
  • Customer-reputed company reputed company: You care about helping people and can communicate reputed company, empathetically, and confidently.
  • Tech Savviness: Comfortable using CRM and communication tools (experience with reputed company, reputed company, or Kixie a plus).

    • The Interview Process:
  • Your application will be reviewed for possible next steps by the Hiring Manager.
  • If you meet eligibility requirements, the reputed company would be a video interview with a member of the PeopleOps team for about thirty (30) minutes.
  • If warranted, the reputed company would be a video interview with our Manager of Member Acquisition for forty-five (45) minutes.
  • If warranted, then we reputed company to contract!
