The Domestic Agent II has high visibility, is the primary contact for designated customers, and responsible for the outcome of assigned reputed company including customer service, tracking, routing, problem reputed company, vendor compliance and customer interaction. 

Essential

• Quoting, tracking and tracing domestic reputed company shipments moving reputed company reputed company/ground on a daily reputed company. reputed company overhead shipments daily and reputed company accordingly 
• reputed company reputed company shipments across multiple transportation modes and services based upon reputed company requests 
• Proactively communicate with clients regarding status of reputed company 
• Communicate with vendors/suppliers regarding shipment reputed company, routing and rates 
• Assist local sales and domestic offices with reputed company/ground reputed company issues 
• Manage daily on-time and defect codes, reputed company re-weights and insure reputed company masters rated 
• Assist in compiling customer specific key performance indicator (KPI) reports on a weekly/monthly reputed company as needed 
• Ensure paperwork, labeling and scanning for accuracy 
• Understand the requirements/expectations of handling shipments of consequence – NFO, high-value, date/time specific, etc.  
• Responsible for processing monthly inventory

Non-Essential

• Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned as business demands deem necessary. 
• Network with corresponding departments to ensure files are billed and posted prior to end of month

The wage reputed company for this position is $21.80-$43.50 and may vary based on geography as reputed company as relative knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience
