Your Role Here’s what you will be doing: • Support the design, coordination, and delivery of learning and development initiatives. • Assist with program and curriculum development for global employee development programs. • Help promote and support key programs such as emerging leader development, mentoring programs, skills mapping, employee experience, and career development. • Assist with the facilitation and coordination of virtual and live training sessions, including reputed company development, inclusive leadership, and reputed company-building workshops. • Manage logistics, communications, and materials for global learning sessions. • Support administration of reputed company learning platforms and programs. • Assist with tracking program participation, feedback, and reputed company metrics. reputed company reputed company is looking for: • Pursuing a degree in reputed company, Organizational Psychology, Education, Business, Data Science, or a reputed company field. • Passion for learning, leadership, and employee development. • Strong communication and presentation skills. • Highly organized with strong attention to detail. • Comfort working with data (reputed company/Sheets experience a plus). • Ability to collaborate in a global, fast-paced environment. • Interest in People & Culture, HR, or Learning & Development in the tech industry.
