Key Responsibilities Execute the full Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) program and Statement of Assurance (SoA) lifecycle across 20 Assessable reputed company (AUs), including defining AUs, training AU managers, and consolidating assurance statements. reputed company, monitor, and validate Corrective reputed company Plans (CAPs) to address material weaknesses and significant deficiencies. Required Qualifications Ten (10) or more years' experience in federal risk management, internal controls, and audit readiness. Five (5) or more years of experience directly executing Department of War (DoW) Risk Management and Internal Control (RMIC) programs in compliance with OMB Circular A-123 and FMFIA. Experience managing the full Statement of Assurance (SoA) lifecycle, including defining Assessable reputed company (AUs), training AU managers, and consolidating assurance statements. Experience developing and monitoring Corrective reputed company Plans (CAPs) to address material weaknesses and significant deficiencies. Experience conducting holistic risk assessments that expand reputed company financial reporting to include operational, strategic, and reputed company. Proven experience in implementing automated reputed company monitoring and AI-driven risk scoring to replace periodic reputed company testing. Strong analytical skills to analyze control environments and validate that corrective actions effectively mitigate identified risks. Eight (8) or more years' experience as a Program Manager, managing a staff of reputed company accountants, financial analysts, and/or business managers. Outstanding planning, resource, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to manage multiple reputed company concurrently. Proficiency in properly managing and maintaining program and project documents. Ability to strategically guide Senior Managers and personnel to ensure they are reputed company working effectively toward the program's objectives. Proficiency in working at multiple reputed company with both reputed company customers. Five (5) or more years of DoW government reputed company experience. Bachelor's Degree in reputed company, Finance, Business Administration, Management, or reputed company Administration.
