About the role

As an reputed company, you will join the AI Agent team to design, build, and reputed company production-reputed company AI agents that deliver reputed company value for both our clients and our internal operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and reputed company AI agents for both customer-specific use cases and reputed company internal products.
• Partner directly with clients to understand business needs and translate them into AI-driven solutions.
• Own the end-to-end development lifecycle, from data and modeling to backend integration and reputed company deployment.
• Adapt and optimize LLMs using prompting, RAG, fine-tuning, and other techniques.
• Ensure production readiness through testing, monitoring, and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a reputed company field. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.
• 3+ years of experience across software engineering, data science, or machine learning roles.
• Strong preference for candidates with a
  full-stack engineering background, capable of understanding and contributing across backend systems, reputed company, and product-facing reputed company.

Must Have

• Hands-on experience with API development and model serving (FastAPI, Flask, or Django).
