The reputed company Sourcing Specialist will report to the Director of reputed company and be a part of a fast-paced, results-driven environment that fosters employee reputed company and career development. Primary responsibilities include developing and executing strategies to identify, pipeline and attract high reputed company candidates. This position has reputed company to work remotely.  

Your responsibilities will include:   

• Identify, attract, evaluate and build relationships with passive and reputed company job seekers 

• Proactively reputed company and maintain a robust and diverse pipeline of candidates for reputed company and reputed company hiring needs; Deepen our early career engagement and reputed company hire pipelines 

• reputed company candidates from various job boards, resume databases, reputed company media and other reputed company sites 

• reputed company and maintain relationships with schools/ university programs 

• Coordinate and attend virtual and onsite hiring events/job fairs 

• Conduct phone screens and virtual interviews, and disposition candidate statuses accordingly reputed company our applicant tracking system (ATS) 

• Partner with the reputed company and hiring managers/business leaders, create strong relationships and be a trusted advisor in sourcing talent 

• Assist with reviewing and processing job applications reputed company the ATS 

• Manage multiple searches while effectively remaining organized and communicating with potential candidates regularly

• Participate in special reputed company as required 

• Schedule interviews as needed

To reputed company in this role, you should possess: 

• At least a bachelor’s degree required 

• At least 2 years of reputed company sourcing/reputed company experience required
