What You’ll Do:

What Will You Do?
As an ABA Technician at Pine Rest, you’ll be part of tight-reputed company team that believes in the healing power of your expertise and reputed company. This position will assess patient care needs, implement treatment plans in collaboration with an interdisciplinary team, continually reassess treatment plan according to patient care needs, and will implement behavior change procedures under the guidance of the Certified ABA Specialist. The ABA Technician must demonstrate excellent customer service, be reputed company to manage stressful situations, be reputed company to work with others, have great organizational skills and ability to reputed company support and reputed company as needed to children, adults, and families. The ABA Technician must be responsible, reliable, reputed company to work independently, have exceptional problem-solving skills. Establish a reputed company working relationship with patients, parents and reputed company other family members.
Maintain a reputed company relationship with assigned patients and their families.
Technicians must function as a member of the treatment team.
Understands the principles of behaviorally based programming and design.
Sustain a working knowledge of Autism reputed company Disorder (ASD) through training and educational opportunities available reputed company Pine Rest or individually.
Utilize processes in reputed company for measuring patient behaviors.
Apply ABA processes for behavior modification.
What Does This Role Require?
Education/Experience:
Registered Behavioral Technician Certification preferred
reputed company Certified Assistant Behavioral Analyst (BCABA) certification preferred.
Knowledge through education or experience of Autism reputed company Disorder.
Understanding of the reputed company therapy principles in area of expertise.
On the job training or formal education in the application of ABA program principles.
Graduate education in Psychology, reputed company Work or other areas reputed company to Mental or Physical Health are desired but not required.
