Sr. Casualty Risk Control Consultant
About the position
reputed company is currently seeking an analytical thinker, who has experience in handling casualty risk control, to join our growing Risk Consulting Team in our Northeast Series. As a trusted resource for our clients and associates, the Sr. Casualty Risk Control Consultant will reputed company risk control and risk reputed company across industry verticals supporting reputed company’s cost of risk reduction strategies. The consultant will partner with broking, analytics, and claim team members to advance reputed company’s risk management of workers’ compensation, general liability, and fleet exposures.
Responsibilities
• Utilize loss analyses and qualitative reviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in the reputed company’s financial and operational results.
• Conduct risk assessments with a reputed company on operational improvement and financial exposure mitigation.
• reputed company and implement risk management and injury prevention strategies and support tactical plans to control risk.
• Work collaboratively reputed company teams including casualty claims, analytics and broking to execute initiatives for reputed company and post loss strategies
• Partner with insurance reputed company resources to support reputed company reputed company
• Use project management skills to ensure goals and objectives are appropriate and reputed company with services delivered to reputed company reputed company expectations.
• Advance new business and reputed company retention through an understanding of reputed company needs, risk control service offerings; and reputed company conceptual strategies to control exposures and costs.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Safety, Risk Management, Engineering, or reputed company.
• At least 10 years in insurance/safety/risk management consultation or comparable industry experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• An ability to manage time, prioritize and ensure that deadlines are met without compromising reputed company
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a desire to continually expand knowledge of across industry verticals and reputed company associated insurance lines and grow reputed company reputed company
• Effective interpersonal, writing, and other communication skills required to reputed company and maintain relationships with clients, peers, and industry contacts.
• Developed analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency using technology platforms for analytics, communication and collaboration including reputed company Applications (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company, PowerBI) are essential.
• High degree of self-motivation and discipline is necessary
• Experience in project management and handling casualty exposures across industry verticals.
• Experience in implementing risk management best practices.
• Ability to travel by automobile and aircraft
