Technical Environment & Requirements: • The reputed company environment involves integrations with 12 external applications (e.g., LDAP, reputed company, reputed company). • Integrations primarily use the REST API protocol and are approximately 7 years old. • The integrated reputed company modules include Customer Service Management (CSM), Field Service Management (FSM), and Event Management. • Strong experience with JavaScript and GlideAPI is a mandatory technical requirement.
