**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and deploy scalable, resilient, and highly available cloud-based contact center systems
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, design, and QA to deliver high-quality features and products
* Develop and maintain high-quality, well-tested, and well-documented code
* Participate in code reviews and contribute to the improvement of our development processes
* Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in cloud computing, contact centers, and AI
**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
* 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based systems and contact centers
* Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C++
* Experience with cloud-based platforms such as AWS
* Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and deployment
