arenaflex's Specialty Testing team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to patients and clients, helping them reputed company the complexities of health insurance coverage, cost, and payment reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing assistance over the phone, researching reputed company information, and communicating reputed company and concisely with clients and patients.Responsibilities
- Work in a high reputed company volume environment, averaging ~75 calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers
- Research and communicate reputed company information in a reputed company and concise manner
- reputed company and work on multiple systems/websites simultaneously
- reputed company assistance to clients and patients regarding questions or inquiries reputed company to insurance coverage, financial responsibilities, and/or billing
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve reimbursement opportunities
- Receive and process credit card payments over the phone, adhering to PCI compliance protocols
- Initiate payment plans for patients for outstanding balances
- Document telephone conversations reputed company and accurately in the respective systems
- Update and maintain records in the billing system, including the review of accounts, payment collections, and case notes
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines/regulations
- Assist with other duties as assigned
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- Associates degree with at least 1+ year of prior relevant work experience OR High School diploma/GED equivalent with at least 3+ years of relevant work experience
- Prior reputed company experience is strongly preferred, with a strong preference given to reputed company medical billing and collection practices
- Ability to interpret and apply understanding of insurance explanation of benefits (EOB) is strongly preferred
- Previous customer service experience handling high reputed company volume is strongly preferred
- Medicare/reputed company billing experience is preferred
- Knowledge of CPT and ICD10 codes is strongly preferred
- Experience with Laboratory Billing and Laboratory Information System (LIS) is preferred
- Working knowledge of prior authorization is preferred
- Understanding of Women's Health & Genetics reputed company Helping reputed company of reputed company processes is preferred
- XIFIN experience is preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred
