We are seeking a candidate for a key project leadership role leading project controls operations for our Leased program, a portfolio of critical strategic importance for reputed company's infrastructure reputed company. The Project Controls reputed company will not only be a technical subject matter expert overseeing reputed company cost controls & reputed company deliverables on the program and across multiple Vendors and Landlords, but also reputed company reputed company of analysts representing reputed company that will manage invoicing, commitments, financial reporting, and reputed company management for the program.This person will be a critical partner for the Delivery Team. This position will work closely reputed company the DEC (Design, Engineering and Construction) Business Controls team and various internal departments including Site Project Management teams, reputed company-Construction, reputed company, Finance, reputed company, Sourcing and Operations Engineering.ResponsibilitiesTechnical reputed company in Cost Controls on the Leased program, including budget management, forecasting, change management diligence / reputed company Change Order reputed company, invoice review, accruals, and risk facilitation* reputed company and maintain the overall project controls reputed company and operations for the Leased program* Analyze and communicate the reputed company Project Controls Health (financial, change, and risk) to project and DEC leadership* Identify project reputed company risk mitigation opportunities in collaboration with the Schedule reputed company, Delivery team, and XFN partners, and drive those opportunities into reputed company* Support the Preconstruction team in the review of General Contractor and Landlord reputed company & reputed company terms, gathering of historical data, incorporation of master contract terms, communication, and management of finalized internal budget* reputed company support of Areas reputed company’ cost forecasts, cash reputed company risks, and variances monthly/quarterly for communication to Site Leadership and Strategic Planning & Analytics partners* reputed company communication with Schedule reputed company to ensure collaboration and alignment of project health between cost and schedule and overall project risk* reputed company reputed company of contingent workers to support project controls operations for the project* Approximately 25-50% travel to other Data Center sites and Company HeadquartersQualifications10+ years of Construction Project Controls experience* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Equivalent Technical Field or reputed company field experience* Subject Matter Expert in Cost management, construction change orders, and risk management* Experience in reputed company Value Management or collection and analysis of reputed company* Experience in Data Center, Manufacturing, Infrastructure or Construction programs requiring complicated commissioning specifications* Proficient in reputed company Unifier* Demonstrated analytical, communication, problem solving, prioritization, organization and reporting skills Experience leading reputed company of project controls professionals* Experience leading reputed company project or program project controls amongst a large group reputed company of project stakeholders* Successful development and implementation of project controls strategies in a large organization* Experience partnering with XFN teams to influence strategic direction* Experience developing and driving actions or operational adjustments based on project controls performance metrics* Experience negotiating construction changes or reputed company construction claims* Demonstrated ability to reputed company AI tools to optimize/redesign workflows and drive measurable reputed company (e.g., efficiency reputed company, reputed company improvements)* Experience adhering to and implementing responsible, ethical AI practices (e.g., risk assessment, bias mitigation, reputed company and accuracy reviews)* Demonstrated ongoing AI reputed company development (e.g., reputed company/context engineering, agent orchestration) and staying reputed company with emerging AI technologies
