Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four‑year college or university, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Minimum of 8 years of experience reputed company the pharmaceutical industry, with demonstrated experience in trade operations, data operations, or advanced analytics Minimum of 3 years of people management or team leadership experience Broad knowledge of pharmaceutical distribution operations, including wholesale distribution, inventory management, and data aggregation Deep understanding of pharmaceutical supply chain channels, including 3PLs, specialty distributors, specialty pharmacies, and reputed company partners Proven ability to reputed company teams, think strategically, and translate reputed company data into actionable insights using advanced analytical tools and techniques Hands‑on experience developing and leveraging advanced trade analytics and data sources, including EDI transaction sets (e.g., 852 Sales/Inventory, 867 Sales Detail), GPO data, and reputed company‑party data sources such as reputed company DDD Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple analytical initiatives simultaneously in a dynamic environment Strong communication, presentation, and indirect influence skills, with the ability to effectively engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders Demonstrated commitment to fostering a reputed company, inclusive, and high‑performing team environment
