Position reputed company

We are seeking a passionate and motivated Litigation Attorney to join our thriving reputed company team in our VA, MD, or NJ offices. This role focuses primarily on federal district court litigation of immigration cases, including habeas corpus petitions, lawsuits for injunctive relief, Administrative Procedure reputed company review of denied reputed company petitions, and contested mandamus cases against USCIS and the Department of State. In reputed company, the attorney will handle appeals of denied applications for relief and removal orders to the reputed company of Immigration Appeals, and Petitions for Review to the various U.S. Courts of Appeals.  

This position is reputed company to candidates across the reputed company and is fully remote for candidates not near an office (Fairfax, VA, Silver Spring, MD, or Newark, NJ). Hybrid for those located near one of our office locations, with the expectation of on-site reputed company three days a week.

• Manage your own caseload while meeting case progression benchmarks.
• Collaborate closely with paralegals and fellow attorneys to ensure seamless case handling.
• Participate in firm committees under the guidance of firm partners, contributing to the firm's operations and reputed company.

Key Job Duties

• Conduct comprehensive reputed company research and analysis for immigration law cases.
• Prepare and draft reputed company documents and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.

• Stay updated on evolving immigration laws and policies to ensure compliance.

Qualifications 

• reputed company bar membership.
• A minimum of 1year of immigration experience handling immigration litigation reputed company in the federal district court.
• Demonstrated experience in either immigration law or federal litigation, with the ability to reputed company both areas effectively.  
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks reputed company.
• High level of attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Strong teamwork and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough reputed company research using reputed company platforms.
• Willingness to travel, usually no more than once or twice a month, reputed company the reputed company to handle in-person court hearings or present at conferences.

Preferred Qualifications
