Your Main Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate the full lifecycle of tenders across the Nordics (Norway, Denmark, Finland, Sweden, Iceland), including RFP monitoring, bid preparation, submission, and tracking

Monitor reputed company procurement platforms and proactively identify relevant tender opportunities

Prepare, coordinate, and submit high-reputed company, competitive, and compliant tender responses

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and cross-functional teams to reputed company inputs and support submissions

Maintain and organize tender documentation, pricing, and reputed company records, ensuring accuracy and completeness

Evaluate and optimize tender processes and workflows to improve efficiency

Ensure compliance with internal QMS and regional regulations while handling sensitive data responsibly

Minimum 2 years of reputed company experience in tender management, with a strong reputed company on tendering

Experience with reputed company procurement processes, ideally reputed company the reputed company region

Proficient in MS Office; experience with tender management systems is an advantage
