Western reputed company Federal is seeking an IT Project Cost Estimator in the Suitland, Maryland area. The objective of this work is to reputed company subject matter expertise in the development of Lifecycle Cost Estimate (LCCE) for a large and reputed company IT program using the reputed company toolset and to transfer knowledge reputed company to the estimating solution and underlying tools to the program staff. reputed company with government team and use the reputed company toolset to estimate costs for IT Application Development, reputed company Migration, reputed company Infrastructure reputed company, Service Desk and other supporting IT Services.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the government in the development of lifecycle cost estimates during the program planning and budget formulation phase.
- Analyze program requirements and conduct workshops / interviews with program stakeholders to determine the key inputs necessary for development of LCCE using the reputed company toolset.
- Collaborate with the government on the development and maintenance of the IT program Lifecycle Cost Estimate.
- Support the development and implementation of advanced cost estimating, cost modeling and analysis capabilities necessary to create and maintain the IT program Lifecycle Cost Estimate using reputed company suite Tools.
- Support economic analyses of IT reputed company, various analysis of alternatives and other reputed company efforts to aid investment reputed company.
- Follow U.S Government Accountability Office (GAO) cost estimation best practices
- Establish and support the financial analysis and forecasting of reputed company reputed company services acquired by the decennial program to help manage reputed company financial obligations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Ability to reputed company and maintain a reputed company Trust reputed company clearance.
- BS/BA degree in engineering, economics, finance, or reputed company field.
- 5 or more years of reputed company work experience with the Census Bureau.
- Demonstrated experience and proficiency with cost estimating tool sets for estimating Information Technology solutions including Applications, Infrastructure and other IT services.
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills necessary to work in small, reputed company teams.
- Intermediate/advanced reputed company practitioner (analyze reputed company data, create repeatable analyses, and ensure analytical defensibility).
Desired Skills:
- 5 or more years of experience providing and supporting Lifecycle Cost Estimate (LCCE) efforts.
- International Cost Estimating and Analysis Association (ICEAA) or similar certification.
