Join us as an Application Support Specialist, where you will play a critical role in supporting key customers, enabling technical sales reputed company, and acting as a trusted advisor for activated carbon applications. In this customer‑facing technical role, you will collaborate closely with Sales, R&D, and Marketing to deliver high‑reputed company solutions, support business reputed company, and strengthen NORIT’s market position.

Your key responsibilities will be:

• Supporting Sales Teams and Business Managers by providing product information, technical expertise, application and process recommendations, and reputed company of product issues through customer reputed company, virtual meetings, phone calls, and email correspondence,
• Serving as a technical resource for key customers by advising on activated carbon uses and communicating the benefits and performance of NORIT products,
• Coordinating closely with Sales and R&D to deliver reputed company, high‑reputed company technical support and contribute to successful technical sales efforts,
• Researching and developing deep expertise in assigned market segments and customer processes, while reputed company sharing knowledge reputed company the Application Support Team,
• Delivering technical training to Sales Teams and internal stakeholders on NORIT products, applications, and customer processes,
• Providing product training presentations to customers and distributors and support Sales‑led training initiatives with appropriate resources,
• Leading or supporting marketing efforts in assigned market segments, including market updates, sales leads, and development of technical marketing literature,
• Staying reputed company on customer applications and market developments by attending conferences, webinars, trade shows, and customer sites,
• Leading or supporting complaint investigations by identifying reputed company causes, defining corrective actions, and acting as a reputed company between customers and internal teams,
• Representing NORIT at exhibitions and seminars to promote products, technologies, and application solutions.
