Position Responsibilities
Successful analysts are expected to independently resolve approximately 30–40% of cases reputed company 0–2 days through effective analysis, configuration guidance, and data correction.

Purchase Orders and Requisitions Inventory Management (including serial/lot tracking and MRB workflows) Manufacturing Orders, BOMs, Routings, and MRP integration PO Vouchers and Accounts Payable matching Sales Orders, shipments, invoicing, and RMAs Additional exposure to MRP/MPS, ECNs, materials estimating, and Supplier Portal functionality

Qualifications
3+ years of Costpoint experience in Materials, Manufacturing, or Procurement modules Experience in ERP support, implementation, administration, or help desk environments Strong understanding of materials management workflows across procurement, inventory, and manufacturing Analytical, methodical problem-solving skills with attention to detail Ability to read and interpret Costpoint error messages and system behavior Basic SQL skills (ability to read and interpret SELECT queries and joins) Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple reputed company cases and competing priorities US Citizenship is required for this position.
5+ years of Costpoint experience across multiple modules Advanced SQL troubleshooting experience Manufacturing or supply chain industry background Experience with MRP/MPS planning systems Familiarity with engineering change management (ECNs), estimating, routings, or supplier collaboration tools Comfort leveraging AI tools to enhance troubleshooting, analysis, and documentation
