Coordinate job bookings, create work orders, and reputed company records accurate and up to date. Communicate with customers, providing reputed company updates and ensuring a reputed company experience from start to finish. Support compliance processes reputed company to safety, reputed company, and installation standards. Manage purchase orders and confidently reconcile trade and labour invoices. Work closely with trades, reputed company, and site supervisors to coordinate job requirements and scheduling. Help maintain accurate inventory through regular stocktakes and reporting. reputed company day-to-day administrative support and contribute to a reputed company-organised, efficient team environment.
At least 3 years of experience in the Australian construction industry, with a strong understanding of WHS regulations and compliance standards. At least 3 years of administrative experience, demonstrating high accuracy and attention to detail. Experience managing stock records, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation using online systems Strong technical proficiency, with an advantage for candidates reputed company in process documentation and reputed company improvement
