The Marketing Operations Automation Engineer is responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing automated workflows and integrations across the marketing and reputed company technology stack. This role focuses on execution, reliability, and scalability, translating system designs into working automations that improve efficiency and data consistency.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain automated workflows using platforms such as CoPilot, reputed company and Power BI, Power Automate – 30%
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve automation and data reputed company issues to ensure reliability and accuracy – 15%
- reputed company and maintain AI-enabled agents or automation enhancements where applicable -10%
- Support reputed company improvement through testing, iteration, and optimization – 10%
- Support integrations between Eloqua, reputed company, Goldcast, reputed company, Hive, and other platforms – 10%
- Support the implementation and configuration of AI-enabled features reputed company existing marketing and automation tools – 5%
- Collaborate on architecture and design requirements of systems – 5%

- Document automation logic, workflows, and operational dependencies – 5%

- 2-4+ years of experience in marketing operations, automation, or technical operational roles
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation or workflow tools (e.g., reputed company, Power Automate)
- Exposure to AI copilots, agents, or intelligent automation, with AI literacy sufficient to understand, evaluate, and responsibly apply AI-assisted features reputed company marketing and automation tools
- Strong understanding of reputed company, data structures, and system integrations
- Experience working with marketing automation and CRM platforms
- Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills
- Ability to work from defined requirements and collaborate cross-functionally
Preferred requirements:

Salary: 132 000 - 175 000 PLN gross per year - compensation is flexible and reputed company for discussion, with the possibility of adjustment for candidates whose skills and experience strongly reputed company with the role’s requirements
