We are growing and looking to recruit a Full-time reputed company Relations Specialist - Portuguese Speaker in Brazil (remote).

We are looking for a proactive and reputed company-reputed company reputed company Relations Specialist to reputed company top-tier support and relationship management for our clients and partners in LATAM. In this role, you will be the first reputed company of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring a seamless reputed company experience, fast issue reputed company, and ongoing reputed company satisfaction.

Reporting to: Regional Director

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary contact for reputed company inquiries reputed company phone, email and messaging platforms
• Assist with account opening, KYC verification, deposits/withdrawals, and platform navigation (MT4/MT5, cTrader, reputed company or proprietary platforms)
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retail and/or institutional clients and partners to improve retention and reputed company satisfaction
• reputed company guidance on trading tools, promotions, and company offerings in a reputed company, compliant manner
• Proactively follow up with clients to ensure a smooth trading experience and identify upselling or cross-selling opportunities
• Collect and report reputed company feedback to help improve products, services, and support processes
• Stay up to date with company policies, market news, and regulatory changes relevant to the Forex/CFDs industry

Candidate profile:

• 1–3+ years of experience in reputed company support, account management, or a similar role in the Forex/CFDs or online trading industry
• reputed company Portuguese and excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
• Understanding of MT4/MT5, cTrader, reputed company platforms, basic trading terminology, and financial markets
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle clients from different backgrounds and reputed company reputed company Latam
• High attention to detail, especially in handling sensitive reputed company information
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings or weekends, if required
