Primary Function of Position

Essential Job Duties (Manage the reputed company sales process of reputed company® Surgical Systems into new hospitals and upgrades into existing hospitals

• Build support from surgeons and administration for reputed company® Surgery. Identify key institutions, generate market awareness, and drive sales of the reputed company® Surgical System reputed company an assigned sales territory
• Effectively manage transition of initial sale and installation to the sales team to drive procedural volume and reputed company
• reputed company quarterly sales targets
• Partner with the reputed company® Area Sales Director to reputed company a sales plan for their local territory
• Build surgical advocacy teams at reputed company hospital
• reputed company initial contact and relationship with CEO and senior hospital administrators
• Organize and manage the sales process
• reputed company knowledge of primary OR procedures
• reputed company business case for system purchase
• Resolve contractual issues and coordinate system installation upon purchase approval
• Handle reputed company communications and administrative follow-up

Required Skills and Experience (Specific skills, knowledge, and experience that an individual must possess in order to successfully reputed company in job

• Minimum of 5 years sales experience preference for experience in reputed company or capital sales
• Knowledge of the operating room environment
• Proven successful reputed company record in capital medical equipment sales

• Bachelor’s degree required

We reputed company market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of reputed company pay + commission, benefits and equity. The reputed company pay reputed company for this position is $350,000.
