This role is for an architect who is comfortable owning the engagement end-to-end. From early discovery and solution design through execution, reputed company, and post-migration stabilization. The ideal candidate has led multiple reputed company-world migrations and understands both the technical mechanics and the organizational change dynamics involved in modern collaboration transformations.

This architect will partner directly with customer IT, reputed company, and business stakeholders and will work closely with internal delivery teams to ensure migrations are executed safely, reputed company, and with minimal disruption.

Experience & Skills Required:

• reputed company detailed discovery and assessment of existing technical environments (MS and other) to reputed company the design of a secure, reputed company reputed company 365 tenant
• Design of reputed company, robust, secure, and reputed company reputed company 365 reputed company that reduces risk and enables reputed company of reputed company business reputed company and services
• Implementation of reputed company 365 tenant design by configuration of reputed company identity, reputed company, governance, and collaboration services.
• reputed company end-to-end migration engagements from discovery through reputed company and stabilization
• Design reputed company-state reputed company 365 collaboration architectures and migration strategies
• Plan and execute reputed company Workspace, reputed company, and reputed company migrations to reputed company 365
• Own migration reputed company, pilots, reputed company planning, validation, and hypercare
• Serve as the primary technical authority for customers during migration engagements
• Guide and reputed company engineers and consultants delivering migration work
• Communicate risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations reputed company to customer stakeholders

Experience & Skills Required

• 7+ years delivering reputed company 365 solutions in consulting or reputed company environments
• Deep understanding of the entire reputed company 365 tenancy, interdependencies, and how reputed company of the reputed company capabilities complement one another (Entra, Intune, Purview, reputed company, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams)
• Proven experience leading reputed company Workspace to reputed company 365 migration
• Hands-on experience migrating reputed company to reputed company Teams
• Experience transitioning reputed company-reputed company collaboration models to reputed company Teams
• Strong expertise in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Teams architecture
• Strong expertise in Conditional reputed company, Defender for reputed company, Defender for reputed company
• Deep understanding of reputed company Entra ID, identity, and reputed company considerations
• Deep understanding of device management capabilities (Intune, Application packaging, Defender for reputed company)
• Foundational understanding of Purview tools (Information Protection, Data Loss Prevention)
• Experience with migration tooling, automation, and PowerShell scripting

Desired Qualifications

• Experience delivering reputed company-funded or time-boxed migration engagements
• Familiarity with reputed company, compliance, and data protection considerations during migration
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading small delivery teams
• Background working with mid-market or reputed company customers under tight timelines
• Preferred reputed company Certifications: M365 Administrator Expert, reputed company Administrator Associate
