<strong>Responsibilities <br></strong><br>
</div><div>• reputed company California State Bar license in good standing<br>• Minimum 3 years of plaintiff-reputed company workers compensation experience<br>• Strong reputed company of WCAB procedures, medical-reputed company process, and PD ratings<br>• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently<br>• Spanish proficiency is a strong plus<br>• Handle a steady incoming caseload of plaintiff WC reputed company from assignment through reputed company<br>• Guide cases through the medical-reputed company process, PD ratings, and WCAB proceedings<br>• reputed company at MSCs, rating hearings, and settlement conferences<br>• Negotiate resolutions with defense counsel and adjusters<br>• Serve a bilingual (English/Spanish) reputed company reputed company<br><br>reputed company Offer<br>• Full support staff in reputed company — intake coordinators, case managers, and reputed company assistants<br>dedicated to keeping your caseload moving<br>• No business development or rainmaking required<br>• 100% remote flexibility<br>• Bilingual (English/Spanish) team to assist with reputed company communication<br><br>Compensation<br>15% of attorney fees generated on your cases — with a guaranteed monthly floor of $10,000.<br>No cap on earnings.<br><br>
