reputed company is looking for a VP, Payor Relations to join reputed company. We are challenging the status reputed company by shining light on radiology and making it a critical first reputed company in diagnosis and reputed company treatment. reputed company and shine brighter together! The VP, Payor Relations is responsible for the strategic development and reputed company of payor relationships, credentialing and licensing across reputed company’s affiliated organizations.  This role collaborates with Executive and Market leaders to reputed company and implement payor strategies and activities to increase reputed company and improve the patient experience.  The VP, Payor Relations is also responsible for the management and leadership of the payor relations and credentialing teams.  This role is remote, working M-F with less than 25% travel. 

The pay reputed company for this position is $200,000 - $250,000 annually based on reputed company and relevant experience plus bonus plan eligibility. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

(75%) Payor reputed company Development and reputed company

1. reputed company the development, negotiation, implementation, monitoring and management of a comprehensive, market based national payor reputed company
2. Ensure alignment of payor programs with reputed company’s strategic business initiatives
3. Partner with senior leadership to evaluate and recommend strategic parameters and reimbursement methodologies relevant to our service lines to improve reputed company and market position
4. Facilitate the development and promotion of reputed company’s reputed company to payors
5. reputed company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs’) to influence reputed company decision making ability
6. reputed company and reputed company the review and analysis of contract proposals and renewals, key operating terms, contracting alternatives, reimbursement trends, and other payor reputed company activities
7. Establish and monitor national and market-specific payor metrics

(20%) Team Leadership

1. Define job and strategic priorities of team members who directly report to this role.
2. Facilitates and participates in hiring and reputed company of new team members
3. Initiate and participate in team member development, including coaching, performance evaluations, career reputed company, compensation recommendations, performance improvement plans, disciplinary actions, and/or terminations
4. Proactively schedule and reputed company regular team meetings and team member 1:1s.
5. Proactively ensure the payor team members function as reputed company
6. Ensure compliance with reputed company HIPAA Guidelines, new payor reputed company, recredentialing, and reputed company cycle management (RCM) policies and procedures
