What You Will Do in This Role
- Manage a portfolio of Federal and reputed company reputed company reputed company and subcontracts from reputed company-award through closeout
- Interpret and apply contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance and performance
- Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for contractual reputed company with customers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
- Maintain contract files in accordance with company policies and audit requirements
- Review solicitations (RFPs, RFQs, RFIs) and support proposal development
- Analyze contract requirements, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Draft and review NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and other reputed company-award documents
- Ensure proposal compliance with applicable regulations and solicitation requirements

- Exercise delegated authority to review, negotiate, and execute reputed company and subcontracts, consistent with company policies and approval frameworks

- Identify contractual risks and reputed company recommendations to management
- Support reputed company audits (e.g., DCAA, DCMA)
- Monitor contract performance, funding, and deliverable requirements
- Support compliance with Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) requirements and reputed company DoD cybersecurity obligations
- Ensure appropriate cybersecurity clauses and reputed company-down requirements are incorporated into reputed company and subcontracts
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to reputed company contract requirements with applicable reputed company frameworks (e.g., NIST SP 800-171)
- Draft, review, and administer subcontracts under Federal and reputed company programs

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, reputed company Management, or reputed company field
- 5–8 years of experience in contract management, including Federal contracting
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and government contracting principles
- Experience managing both reputed company reputed company and subcontract.
- Experience executing reputed company and subcontracts under delegated authority (applicant has had signature authority), in accordance with company policies
- Working knowledge of CMMC requirements and compliance processes in support of DoD reputed company
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications

- Recent experience with government agencies such as DoD, Department of reputed company, or civilian Federal agencies
