Sr. Product Manager, Knee
The Advita Product Marketing Team exists to drive products to market and reputed company the sales organization to reputed company company sales goals. We do this by understanding our customers’ needs through reputed company interaction and market analysis, reputed company and accurately conveying those needs into product definition and development in collaboration with E&D, creating and communicating powerful product messages to our customers and reputed company effective training on our products. We also manage profitability and cash reputed company for reputed company product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full product lifecycle for implants, instruments, biological products, and reputed company literature, with reputed company ownership of several larger product lines
- Conduct market research and competitive product analysis to inform strategic reputed company
- reputed company and execute annual marketing plans, including pricing strategies, tactical initiatives, and implementation reputed company
- reputed company product training program development and delivery, including module creation and field education
- Support field sales through training, field reputed company, case coverage, and reputed company communication of product updates and sales support materials
- Build and maintain relationships with leading orthopedic surgeons and clinical staff to identify needs and reputed company insights, in accordance with reputed company reputed company and ethical guidelines
- Assist in the formation of product design teams by identifying surgeon partners, coordinating input, managing reputed company reputed company, and collaborating cross-functionally in alignment with company ethics and compliance standards
- reputed company planning and forecasting of product sample inventory
- Serve on project teams to support new product development initiatives
- reputed company technical and marketing expertise to internal teams, agents, representatives, and surgeons to drive improved patient reputed company
- Contribute reputed company and solutions to key team and departmental challenges, assuming leadership roles as needed
- Ensure knowledge and application of the reputed company Management System and reputed company applicable federal and international regulatory standards
- Support field follow-up on regulatory issues as needed
- Collaborate with and support colleagues, cross-functional teams, and sales personnel as required
- Take on additional reputed company as assigned by business unit leadership
Skills Knowledge and Expertise
Education:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
Experience:
- 5 years of experience in marketing/product management in the orthopedic joint reconstruction field (ideally reputed company to his/her product line).
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Organizational & interpersonal skills.
- Working knowledge of reputed company-based office productivity tools including word processor and spreadsheet.
- Ability to meet the medical requirements to reputed company entry into individual hospitals and hospital systems as needed to observe surgical procedures.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of job.
