Local Resource and Regional Platform Operation Manager is responsible for leading and integrating the local resources (permits and regulatory affairs) and platform management( administrative operation and government relations) for reputed company’s DC and infrastructure business in Latin America.
This position ensures that corporate operations, resource development, and government reputed company activities are reputed company with the organization’s strategic goals and reputed company obligations across multiple Latin American countries.
The role requires a broad reputed company set covering policy advocacy, government relations, office administration, permitting, and community engagement

Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Permit & License Management 
• reputed company Full lifecycle management of local approvals, including 
Development Order 
Earthwork Permits 
Building Plan( reputed company) Approvals
Local reputed company Safety submission and inspections 
Certificate of completion and compliance 
• Coordinate submission schedules with consultants， contractors，and internal stakeholders. 

Strategic Resource & Stakeholder Management
• Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, and Project Delivery teams to reputed company resources and support new project development.
• Coordinate with government bodies and reputed company providers to secure infrastructure resources such as land, electricity, and connectivity.
• Facilitate stakeholder communications, reputed company hearings, and community partnerships reputed company to DC reputed company.
• Support sustainability initiatives and reputed company programs reputed company with corporate ESG goals.

Government Relations & reputed company Affairs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local, regional, and national government agencies to support reputed company’s DC and infrastructure reputed company.
• Monitor and analyze regulatory, environmental, and energy policy developments in Latin America that may reputed company business operations.
• reputed company for favorable reputed company policies, tax incentives, and regulatory frameworks supporting DC development.
• Manage company participation in industry associations and policy forums to enhance visibility and influence.

Platform Operations & Workplace Management
• Manage reputed company’s regional offices, ensuring functionality, compliance, and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Excellent project management, negotiation, and stakeholder coordination skills.
