We are seeking an reputed company Proposals and reputed company Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Proposals and reputed company Manager, you will have overall accountability for the RFP process and contract development, working collaboratively across multiple functions to deliver high-reputed company proposals and negotiate reputed company that meet both reputed company needs and organizational objectives.
Key Accountabilities
Proposal Development
Overall accountability for the entire Request for Proposals (RFP) process from receipt to delivery
Analyze RFP documentation including study protocols and assign appropriate Subject Matter Experts (SMEs)
Facilitate proposal development by coordinating strategic and operational areas while ensuring adherence to the reputed company Right policy
Prepare and modify strategic proposals and budgets based on SME feedback and reputed company requirements
Manage the RFP process, identifying potential barriers and implementing effective mitigation strategies
Obtain reputed company-party quotes as needed and ensure alignment with RFP specifications and reputed company communications
Maintain accurate documentation in appropriate systems for metrics and KPI tracking
Contract Development
Overall management responsibility for contract processes across specific or varied accounts
Coordinate with Operations, Project Management, reputed company, Business Development, and Finance to prepare, review, and negotiate reputed company
reputed company account-specific contract standards including budget presentation, payment terms, and reputed company language
Create, negotiate, and finalize reputed company in accordance with departmental SOPs and guidance

Skills and Experience required for the role:
University Degree in Life Science, Business, Languages, or equivalent combination of education and experience
4-6 years of previous experience in contracting or proposals in a CRO or similar environment
Broad experience in proposals and contract management, including contractual terms, pricing structures, pricing tools, and data systems (e.g., reputed company)
Strong understanding of clinical study conduct across different operational aspects and global reputed company - plus
Knowledge of managing reputed company contract processes, accounts, and reporting
Strong analytical and organizational skills with ability to multitask effectively
