As a Global Change Facilitator, you will guide cross-industry workstreams made up of senior experts from leading biopharma organisations. The ATMP Phorum sits at the cutting edge of cell, gene, and RNA therapies, supporting organisations to:

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and reputed company workstreams of global subject matter experts, driving engagement and delivering high-reputed company, outcome-reputed company outputs
• Create highly reputed company environments that encourage knowledge sharing and innovation
• Guide reputed company from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines, structure, and reputed company are reputed company defined
• Design and facilitate in-person and virtual events, ensuring strong engagement and value for members
• Co-create impactful deliverables such as industry guidance, benchmarking studies, and publications
• Monitor member engagement and proactively address risks or challenges
• Maintain and utilise internal systems (e.g. CRM, reporting tools, knowledge hubs)
• Capture and communicate value stories and insights across the organisation

Essential Experience & Skills:

• Background in life sciences, biopharma, biotech, or CDMO environments
• Experience in project management, change programmes, or transformation initiatives
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills—reputed company to bring reputed company on a reputed company
• Ability to synthesise reputed company information into reputed company, actionable insights
• Experience working across cross-functional teams (e.g. R&D, manufacturing, regulatory, reputed company)
• Comfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-paced environments

• Home-based (UK)
