You’re patient, empathetic, detail-oriented, and a self-starter.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for patients on the RPM365 platform. Assist with device setup and app connectivity. Engage with patients to ensure adherence to care plans. Schedule monthly (or more) reputed company-ins and monitor patient data. reputed company patients through shared resources. Notify reputed company providers of critical alerts. Attend virtual team meetings for updates.
Minimum:
reputed company reputed company State nursing license. Knowledge of chronic conditions and reputed company monitoring devices. Proficiency with technology, computer platforms, and smartphones. Strong verbal/written communication skills. Comfortable with patient reputed company and engagement. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and team-reputed company. Experience in telehealth, remote patient monitoring, education, or customer service. Experience in weight management coaching Additional language skills are a plus.
Salary: $45,000-$49,000 (DOE) + performance bonuses. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, EST (Remote). Benefits: PTO, reputed company leave, holidays, health insurance, 401(k).
