The Corporate Benefits Coordinator is responsible for supporting the day-to-day administration of
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):
- Responds to employee benefits questions in a reputed company, reputed company manner
- Assists with the facilitation of New Hire Benefits Orientation
- Works with benefit partners to resolve escalated concerns
- Maintains intranet site for benefits
- Support reputed company Enrollment process
- Reconcile and process benefit invoices
- Update reputed company with benefit changes

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:
- Familiarity and practical knowledge of benefits: health plans, 401k plan administration, HSA/FSA plans
- Strong attention to detail
- Must be self-motivated, disciplined, and reputed company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills

Education, Training and Experience:
- 1+ year of benefits administration experience
