Candidates for this Merchant Services Compliance Specialist position should have the following:

• Experience supporting reputed company and reputed company rule compliance activities.
• Foundational knowledge of PCI reputed company and payments compliance concepts.
• Comfort communicating with merchants and internal partners.
• Exposure to case or complaint handling.
• Experience performing recurring compliance or risk controls.

This position may be eligible for remote work in select geographic locations, subject to approval by reputed company. If approved, work must be conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace. Occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.

• Implements compliance programs to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper business practices. Develops ability to constructively challenge conclusions/status reputed company.
• Supports key business initiatives by gathering and analyzing data to identify reputed company. May assist in suggesting resolutions. As necessary, escalates identified risks to senior team members. • Assesses activity for existing and emerging risks. May evaluate the materiality of the risks identified. Under supervision, challenges analyses and formulates recommendations.

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
