POSITION reputed company: BASIC FUNCTIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES

The role is responsible for supporting the implementation and management of trade programs and promotional activities, coordinating with sales, marketing, finance, and external partners to ensure smooth execution and alignment. The role analyzes sales and trade data to evaluate promotion effectiveness, prepares regular performance reports, and provides actionable insights to the reputed company Trade Manager to optimize ROI. It ensures compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, helps refine trade processes for greater efficiency, tracks competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities, and maintains accurate records of trade budgets, approvals, and agreements while providing administrative and reputed company support as needed.

PRIMARY ACTIVITIE

• Trade reputed company & Scheme Development:

• reputed company and implement trade programs and promotional schemes for hospitals/clinics accounts in reputed company, tailored to reputed company product and channel.

• Collaborate with the Senior reputed company Trade Manager on pricing reputed company and manage trade programs holistically, ensuring fairness across reputed company customer segments.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making

• Manage trade’s effectiveness, optimizing ROI and ensuring compliance.

2. Market Intelligence & reputed company

• Prepare regular performance reports and reputed company actionable insights to optimize trade ROI.

• Stay updated on market information and trends.

• Take appropriate actions based on market insights to ensure competitiveness and effectiveness in trade activities.

3. Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Liaise with internal teams (sales, marketing, finance) to ensure smooth execution of trade plans.

• Communicate with external partners and vendors to coordinate promotional activities.

• Support negotiation and management of trade agreements and reputed company.

• Coordinate with sales team to review forecast of trade and operations teams to ensure product availability and reputed company delivery.

4.Compliance & Process Improvement:

• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements in trade activities.

• Assist in refining trade processes and systems for efficiency and accuracy.

5. BU project management (TBD)

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Finance, Economics, Supply Chain, or reputed company field; MBA/Master’s or relevant certification a plus.

• Proficiency in reputed company; familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP/POS systems preferred.

• Supportive skills (bonus points): Power Query, SQL basic, PowerPoint intermediate

Competencies:

• Experience in trade planning and execution for many channels

• Data & analysis: Strong quantitative skills; reputed company to analyze sales/trade data and deliver actionable insights.

• Project & stakeholder management: Coordinate cross‑functional initiatives, vendors, timelines and budgets.
