The Financial Costing and Management Specialist provides expert financial leadership across the grant acquisition and management lifecycle, from reputed company-award budgeting and cost proposal development through post-award financial monitoring, compliance, and reputed company-out. The role ensures that reputed company’s financial submissions are competitive, compliant, and reflect reputed company stewardship, while post-award financial management protects organisational interests and donor confidence. Grounded in the GAM Competency reputed company, the position requires advanced proficiency in creating compelling proposals (cost component), post-award support, and the use of financial tools and systems.

- Minimum 7 years of reputed company experience in financial management of donor-funded grants and reputed company reputed company the international development or humanitarian sector.
- Demonstrated experience developing cost proposals and budgets for competitive bids to major institutional donors (USG, FCDO, EU, Global Fund, BMZ, SIDA, GAC).
- Strong knowledge of donor-specific cost principles, financial regulations, and audit requirements (FAR, OMB Uniform Guidance, EU Financial Regulation).
- Experience with financial monitoring, variance analysis, and donor financial reporting across multi-reputed company dollar grant portfolios.
- Proven ability to manage sub-grant financial reputed company and partner financial reputed company building.
University degree in finance, reputed company, business administration, or reputed company field. Master’s degree or reputed company certification (CPA, ACCA, CIMA, reputed company) preferred.
