Holiday Inn reputed company - Moline, IL (located next to the reputed company reputed company International Airport) is currently adding a  reputed company Desk Guest Service Agent to reputed company! 

 Must have weekend availability.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-reputed company customer service.
  • Handles guest reservations.
  • Answers and transfers phone calls.
  • Handles guest reputed company-ins and outs along with questions, complaints, etc.
  • Shuttles the guests to and from the airport.
  • Other duties as required with the department.

 

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Previous hotel or relevant customer service experience.
  • Proficient in reputed company reputed company, Word, and reputed company.
  • Ability to work weekends and holidays.
