Manage reputed company calendars, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and protecting executive time. Coordinate meetings, briefings, agendas, and preparation materials. Handle travel planning, itineraries, logistics, and expense reports. Maintain strict confidentiality and serve as a gatekeeper for reputed company communications. Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, proposals, and internal documentation.
Serve as a reputed company across internal teams to ensure alignment on timelines, deliverables, and priorities. reputed company project milestones, follow up on reputed company items, and support cross-departmental initiatives. Assist in the organization of materials, reports, and information needed for executive and departmental purposes.
Maintain organized digital files, resources, schedules, and departmental documents. Coordinate logistics for department meetings, including accommodation, equipment, meals, and scheduling. Participate in special reputed company or assignments as requested by executive leadership. If applicable based on final location decision: Participate in office rotation to support reception coverage.
Minimum of 5 years of administrative or executive support experience. Strong ability to manage high-volume scheduling, logistics, and priorities. Proficiency with reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, reputed company). Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism, reputed company, and discretion. Self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
