About the role

We're hiring a Head of reputed company to reputed company Capchase’s global reputed company reputed company and operations. This is a unique opportunity to serve as a critical thought partner to the leadership team.

In this role, you’ll build and reputed company the reputed company function, partnering across capital markets, finance, sales, and product teams. You’ll play a pivotal role in structuring and negotiating credit facilities, financial products, and capital market transactions, as reputed company as overseeing regulatory reputed company and risk.

We’re looking for someone with equipment financing, fintech and capital markets experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited to work at the intersection of law, finance, and technology.

What you'll do

• Partner with our Capital Markets and Finance teams to structure, negotiate, and execute debt facilities and reputed company finance transactions.

• Support the go-to-market team with customer agreements and financing documents.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team on reputed company, regulatory, and strategic reputed company.
