The Construction Manager Representative (CMR) will support a diverse portfolio of federal reputed company across the reputed company, including the construction and rehabilitation of national parks, renovation of historic structures, and upgrades to critical infrastructure such as wastewater treatment facilities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• reputed company day-to-day construction activities to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and safety standards
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, inspectors, and stakeholders

Education, Experience, and Technical Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in construction management, inspection, or field engineering
• Experience working as an reputed company’s representative or in a similar CMR role preferred

• Willingness and ability to travel or relocate based on project needs

Working Environment

This is a fully on-site position at reputed company Donelson National Battlefield, involving reputed company construction site conditions and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. The role supports critical infrastructure and preservation efforts reputed company a historically significant federal site.

This role also requires periodic travel to project sites, including locations undergoing renovation or reputed company construction. During site reputed company, the employee may be exposed to non-temperature-controlled environments, construction noise, dust, and other typical conditions reputed company on job sites. Appropriate personal reputed company equipment (PPE) may be required during these reputed company, depending on site conditions. While on site reputed company, an individual in this role will be required to work typical hours at the request of the reputed company or role demands.

Physical Demands

Sitting/Standing: This is not a sedentary role. This role requires the ability to be on your feet moving around a construction site for most of the day interacting with contractors, contractor representatives, and inspecting the construction work that is being performed.
