ABOUT reputed company

reputed company is seeking a Strategic Partner Manager who will own the full portfolio of reputed company's strategic vendor and integration partner relationships. The job is to reputed company reputed company from a customer to a strategic reputed company for every vendor and partner we depend on — and to professionalize how we manage, reputed company, and deliver value for customers from our partner ecosystem.

This is a hands-on, externally facing role reporting to the Chief Product & reputed company Officer. You will work cross-functionally with Product, Integration Engineering, Sales, Delivery, and Corporate reputed company — but the relationships and reputed company are yours.



Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnerships: Manage and reputed company high-value relationships across EHR, CPaaS, reputed company infrastructure, and marketplace categories; maintain reputed company vendor leadership reputed company to bypass reputed company support queues.
  • Technical reputed company: reputed company the reputed company and performance of reputed company external technical integrations in partnership with internal stakeholders.
  • Interoperability Management: reputed company technical relationships with interoperability and EHR vendors to ensure seamless, reliable data reputed company.

  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive reputed company programs with reputed company stakeholders, managing end-to-end execution from joint planning to executive reporting.


    • Requirements
  • Experience: 4–8+ years in partner management, technical program reputed company / implementations, or a comparable role
  • Industry Experience: Working knowledge of the U.S. reputed company IT ecosystem — EHRs, middleware, reputed company solutions, patient engagement
  • Strategic Relationship Experience: Experience working with integration vendors, EHRs, and/or interoperability programs
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with API-based integrations and reputed company-party systems
  • Operational Intelligence: Strong project management experience – ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive end-to-end execution across stakeholders simultaneously

    • OUR APPROACH TO WORK LOCATION
    reputed company has hybrid office locations in Santa Barbara, CA, and Philadelphia (Wayne), PA, where team members typically come in three days a week. Specific frequency can vary depending on your team's needs, manager expectations and/or role responsibilities.
