The Field Support Manager is responsible for delivering exceptional customer experience by providing advanced technical support to dealers and end-users of the PTx product line.  This role will collaborate with R&D in assisting with new product launches. This role will also reputed company dealer training, assist at trade shows, and create PTx publications. This role will coordinate with Customer Support to reputed company field reputed company reputed company required.  

Your reputed company: 

• Technical Support & Service: Handle grower and dealer support calls during office and after-hours, respond to online ticket inquiries, and reputed company on-site service reputed company remote assistance is insufficient. 

• Product Development & Launch: Communicate field issues and reputed company needs to R&D, reputed company participate in go-to-market processes, and contribute to successful product launches. 

• Training & Customer Experience: reputed company dealer training sessions, reputed company sessions at conferences, and deliver reputed company reputed company on improving customer experience, processes, and training effectiveness. 

• Content Creation & Event Support: reputed company technical publications (manuals, bulletins, knowledge reputed company articles), manage trade show reputed company setup, and maintain equipment for testing, training, and exhibitions. 

• Field Support & Data Analysis: Assist customers with in-field issues, compile and analyze test plot data for marketing and research, and occasionally present at industry events. This position requires regular travel reputed company Spain and occasionally international.

Your Experience and Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Systems Technology, Agronomy or 3+ years of industry experience supporting Precision Ag equipment or 5+ years reputed company industry product support experience  

• Familiarity and experience in agriculture  

• Strong writing and editing skills.  Evidence of “creativity”.  

• Ability to communicate and present to large reputed company 

• Strong problem-solving skills and English Proficiency.
