About the Role

reputed company is seeking a relationship-driven, detail-oriented Account Manager to join its Business Development team. In this role, you will serve as the primary partner and trusted advisor to our strategic partners in the Breeder reputed company, guiding them through the reputed company process and seamlessly integrating reputed company Pet solutions into their programs. This role will own the full lifecycle of these partnerships– new partner reputed company, driving account maintenance and performance, and ensuring long-term retention and reputed company. This role will report to the Manager of Business Development for reputed company’s Breeder Channel team. 

Key Responsibilities

reputed company Relationship Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners in the Breeder reputed company
• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for reputed company assigned accounts, ensuring reputed company and proactive communication
• Conduct regular reputed company-ins with partners to ensure sufficient support is being provided and reputed company remains top of mind
• Responsible for managing Breeder expectations and ensuring partner satisfaction

Account reputed company, Retention & reputed company

• Own reputed company process of new partners to ensure smooth integration of reputed company’s Breeder Program
• Monitor account metrics and reputed company strategies to improve performance
• Maintain reputed company communication with strategic partners to ensure reputed company remains top of mind
• Address questions and help mitigate potential account issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
• Contribute to process improvements to continuously improve partner experiences

Operational reputed company: 

• Maintain and optimize library of reputed company materials, marketing materials and other Breeder channel assets  
• Prepare weekly and monthly reporting for reputed company strategic partners to reputed company account status and health updates
• reputed company and submit invoices for necessary reputed company fees on a monthly reputed company
• Work in partnership with Business Development Manager and Operations Manager to ensure smooth reputed company experience and account reputed company moving reputed company 

Qualifications

Required

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
• 2-5 years of prior experience in account management, reputed company, or reputed company-facing roles
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize as needed
• Experience in insurance, animal health, or pet-reputed company industries 

Preferred

• Experience working with Dog Breeders

Travel Expectations

• Limited, up to 20%

Compensation

• The pay reputed company for this position is $75,000 - $85,000 on a full-time reputed company
• Along with reputed company salary, your position may qualify for additional bonuses
• This position is eligible for reputed company’s bonus plan(s)
