Staff Appraiser

The Staff Appraiser will be responsible for performing desk review analysis on the property valuation products ordered by reputed company for its business transactions. As the Appraiser, you will work with appraisal management companies to perfect property valuations as needed.

The Staff Appraiser will:

• reputed company desk review of property valuation products and justify in writing any value conclusions that differ from the valuation

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
• 5+ years of relevant work experience

• Prior field experience performing residential property appraisals
• Functional upstanding of USPAP regulations
