Training & Distributor Development
- Deliver technical training to distributors and partners to strengthen product knowledge and service capabilities

- Support distributors in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting best practices
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling during technical interactions
Field Support & reputed company

Associate degree in Engineering (Electronic, Mechatronic, Agricultural) or reputed company field preferred 3+ years of experience in technical support, field service, or similar role (agriculture preferred) Strong knowledge of electronics and troubleshooting Experience training or supporting distributors or partners Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Customer-reputed company reputed company with strong problem-solving skills Willingness and ability to travel extensively across the region
Work Environment & Travel
This is a remote, field-based role requiring frequent travel to:
- Dairy farms
- Distributor locations
- Industry events and trade shows
You’ll work in a mix of environments—from home office settings to hands-on agricultural sites, including milking parlors and equipment rooms.
