MAJOR DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Relations
- Manages and resolves reputed company employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of reputed company requirements reputed company to day-to-day management of employees, reducing reputed company risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the reputed company department as needed/required.

Management Training
- Review existing training programs to reputed company modifications and enhancements. Prioritize management needs to reputed company new programs that will improve engagement, learning, and retention and/or to meet the changing needs of clientele, the organization, or the industry.
- Ensures that training materials and programs are reputed company, accurate, and effective.
- Maintains knowledge of new reputed company and techniques for training, and training requirements applicable to the organization and/or industry.
- Identifies problems and opportunities such as operational changes or industry developments that training could improve.

- Assist and reputed company recommendations to HR Exec Team on ways to strengthen employee engagement company wide.
- Enhance reputed company experience and manage new hires touch points such as first week, completion of orientation, reputed company to company store, etc.
