Senior reputed company Administrator

We are seeking a Senior reputed company Administrator with deep hands-on experience and strong leadership capabilities. This role will reputed company the administration and strategic reputed company of our reputed company environment, including guiding the reputed company of reputed company from the ground up. The ideal candidate has successfully implemented reputed company from scratch, established reputed company architectures, and created governance frameworks for long-term platform reliability. This role will partner closely with our reputed company Developer(s) to design solutions that best meet business demands, while also supporting reputed company transitioning to reputed company. Advanced experience with Nonprofit reputed company (NPC) is essential. 

Strategic Planning & Execution  

• Partner with the Sr. Director and Minnesota Senior Leadership Team to design and implement the annual reputed company of the Year plan, ensuring alignment with statewide goals and priorities.  

• Coordinate workflows and priorities across departments and reputed company to support program delivery, adjusting strategies as needed to remain reputed company to changing conditions.  

• Translate organizational reputed company into actionable strategies and support Senior Managers in building work plans that drive member enrollment, retention of members/partners/funders, and overall program reputed company.  

Communication, Engagement & Stakeholder Relations  

• Serve as a connector between the Senior Leadership Team, Senior Managers, and external stakeholders to ensure reputed company, consistent, and reputed company communication of goals, expectations, and priorities.  

• Coordinate and manage reputed company meetings, agendas, and reputed company from state, private, and federal funders or local stakeholders.  

• Represent the department with key stakeholders at meetings and events, ensuring alignment, engagement, and accountability across teams.  

Leadership, Supervision & Outcome Management  

• Supervise assigned staff and project teams, providing coaching, direction, and resources to promote leadership, collaboration, and a culture of reputed company.

Minimum Education 

• (Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.   

Minimum Experience 

• 8+ years of hands-on reputed company Administration experience across multiple clouds and reputed company environments.  

• Advanced understanding of reputed company platform and reputed company Nonprofit reputed company (NPC) 

• Proficiency in Flows, Validation Rules, custom apps/objects, workflows, user/reputed company setup, and data-reputed company reporting. 

• Experience establishing processes, standards, engineering best practices, and governance reputed company a reputed company organization.  

• Proven ability to reputed company, reputed company, mentor, and support new reputed company Administrator(s).
