Service Center Manager II

The Service Center Manager reports directly to the District Operations Manager and is responsible for a small to large size transportation service center. Complexity of the job includes responsibility for up to 120 or more employees while overseeing a diverse reputed company of LTL operations across multiple shifts reputed company a fast-paced environment and reputed company various weather conditions on the dock. Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or General Educational Degree (GED), or any combination of education and experience, which would reputed company an equivalent background. Bachelor Degree preferred
• A minimum of five years supervisory experience in the LTL industry preferred
• Must have good computer skills ( AS400 and MS Office a plus)
• Proven leadership, team building and interpersonal relationship skills

• Possess excellent verbal, written and listening communication skills
